I ordered 2 nail polish colors, nail polish remover and a topcoat. After telling them the error in color they insist proposing me to give me only a 50% refund on the wrong color that is awful. Instead of shipping me the right color and complete the order they propose me this 50% refund solution. That is unacceptable. At least you should offer a full refund if you do a mistake.

Update: I received the right color 1 week later. Unfortunately they did not tell me so that's why I posted this review

I purchased CND Shellac from this store, but I have some doubts about the product's authenticity. I’ve been using this product for a long time, and the bottle looks different from what I’ve always bought before. It also doesn’t match the picture on their own website. However, it’s possible the manufacturer changed the design, so I can’t be certain.

I enjoyed the shopping experience, though. The order tracking was user-friendly, and the delivery was fairly quick.

Fast shipment, products are original and arrived in perfect conditions (today, I placed the order on sept 7th).
I purchased products by a famous nail brand which is not available in my country (if you are not a nail tech).

I was a little scared before making the order because I could not find much information and reviews regarding this ecommerce (reason why I made the payment through Paypal). Everything turner out perfect and safe.

Recently ordered a few gel polishes and I love them! The delivery was fast and they arrived in excellent condition. Did my nails the same day and I couldn't be happier with the results! One thing to keep in mind is the color on the screen may not look like it does in person. I guess that's not really the company's fault but it would be nice if they maybe had more pictures of color swatches on the website. If you are a customer I suggest you search for more videos or pictures of swatches so you get a better idea of what the color will look like in different lighting and on different skintones before buying.

Its 3 order from them, everything is perfect, livechat work qiuckly. Products packed well, DPD currier take to Belgium 5 workdays.

I have used enails a couple of times now to order gelish and cnd shellac nail polish. Really good value for good quality (genuine) products. More importantly recently I recieved an incorrect order and the customer service was amazing. Erica at enails was extremely helpful and organised a new delivery of my correct order in no time at all.

This is the biggest scam website with the worst customer service ever!
I have ordered few shades from them on the 29th of march and I still havent recieved my parcel! It has been more then two months.
I have written them and they said that they cant do refund or send a new parcel until they have an ansewer from the post office and that was a month ago! They are not lifting a finger for their customers.
I have written them a few more emails over the past 10 days but I do not have an answer from their side. The last email from them was 10 days ago!
They took my money!
I advise you to not buy anything from them, you are going to lose your money!

So unhelpful! Never been involved with such a lazy unhelpful customer service. Slow replying and thought I could solve the problem my self. As a customer haha. They sent my package to the wrong address. Didn’t even resembled mine. They just gave me different excuses and ended up telling me I should continue chasing the delivery company. And refuse to even answer on my emails regarding me wanting a refund since I didn’t get the products.

A while ago I bought several nail polishes in this online store because they offer a variety of brands and products. The amount of nail polish brands such as OPI, CND, Shally Hansen ... love me, because it is not easy to find such diversity in an online store.

The shipment was fast and arrived correctly. As indicated on its website, the nail polish I ordered came in a box with foam well protected. So I do not rule out re-ordering.

Order arrived as expected, great quality , recommend it to everyone

I got some polishes from them last year, fast shipping by tracked mail and great packaging: each polish was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a thick cardboard box, surrounded by "biodegradable peanuts" and more bubble wrap.
I think that the site is worth checking out (there is also a "special offers" page) ;-)

Ho ricevuto da loro alcuni smalti (OPI-China Glaze) l'anno scorso; con spedizione tracciata (dall'Europa, quindi senza controlli doganali) sono arrivati in una settimana.
Imballaggio ottimo: gli smalti sono arrivati avvolti singolarmente in bolle aria, inseriti in una scatola rigida e protetti dai "cornetti di mais" per imballaggio e da un ulteriore foglio di bolle aria.
Vale la pena tenere d'occhio il sito per eventuali promo!

The shipment was so fast, I had no need to track my order. Certainly didn’t see that coming! And the price for the products is just great.
