In mid-September I placed 3 orders within an hour or so of each other. Two arrived promptly, both in the SAME BOX, but I was charged £25.00 GBP for each order. OK, I guess I can live with that, but REALLY?
The third order has not yet arrived after nearly 3 months, in spite of being charged immediately over $650.00 through PayPal. I have sent several emails, including a request to cancel, but have received no response to any. There is no info on their website re: this order and no tracking info.
My next step is to file a complaint with PayPal, but I could be out $650+.

The worst online shop, very unprofessional, they haven't the staff ready and no answer at the email text and phone!!

I have bought four tea mugs at English Designer Gifts through Amazon - and this I can only regret. Here is how it went:

January 2022: I ordered the mugs
5. February: I message English designer gifts (EDG) that one mug is broken due to poor packaging. At first they do not see this as a problem and only ask about how the packaging was.
10. February: EDG agrees to send me a replacement mug.
23. February: I ask EDG if they have sent the mug? The answer I get is that the colleague responsible for the customer service is sick.
28. February: Again, I ask EDG if they have sent the mug? This time the answer is that it is out of stock.
1. March: I agree to receive a different mug as replacement.
2. March: EDG asks me to remove my neutral feedback from Amazon.
28. March: The replacement mug has been sent from England to Denmark and EDG has not payed the Customs. That means I should pay additionally 30 £ in order to receive the mug. I message this to EDG. They ask for the Customs bill and I send it. However they do not return with an answer.
7. April: EDG informs me that it is my choice to not pay the Customs and send back the mug. I ask for a refund instead of a replacement mug.
They say they will get back to me when they have received the mug.
10. May: I ask if they have received the returned mug?
11. May: They have received it and the refund will be processed.
27. May: I have not received any refund. I have message EDG about this.

I cannot recommend English Designer Gifts to anyone! Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money for me.
