We like our finished Orangery.
We do not appreciate the time it took to complete the project.
Work began on Monday September 23rd and was completed on Thursday December 19th.
Had the concrete floor which was laid been flat and level with that of adjoining house, the work would have been completed by the end of October.
It seems to us that the mistake we made was to make the final payment, before we were satisfied with the work.
Most certainly, it seemed that the company's concern for our predicament diminished from that moment.
Enhance made two further unsuccessful attempts to fix the floor over the following seven weeks and the issue was finally resolved by our flooring contractor. At our further expense.
Would we recommend them to others?
As my fellow Scots would say,"Aye,Right"!

Wow!!! Incredible service from start to finish, the lady at Azure Cramlington was very helpful and gave us a voucher to use which saved us money , we had 7 large windows, 3 smaller windows , patio doors and a composite front door with a beautiful design in the glass, the sales rep Tom was fantastic, explained all about the company , took his time , was so knowledgeable, he use to be a fitter so knew exactly what he was talking about, he showed us a sample of one of the windows to show how well they are made, took all the measurements and was so polite and friendly not pushy at all. Then after we agreed to have all the work done a surveyor came to check all was ok to go a head and the last 2 and a half days we had pleasure of a man called Steve who came and fitted all, no mess , no drama just first class service , will definitely recommend to everyone.

We had a glass fronted extension built by Enhance in February. Ollie arrived to give us a quote and gave us great ideas and guided us through the process. Nicola organised the teams with amazing precision and kept us informed of everything along the way. We did change a few things but Nicola always went out of her way to accommodate our changes or add ons. The teams were fantastic, friendly, professional and no question went unanswered. They all did a superb job and I do highly recommend Enhance, they were great from start to finish.

I’ve just had a modern conservatory put on my home and I could not recommend Enhance enough. The whole process has been simple and Nicola in the office has been great with updates and progress reports. We looked at a couple of companies but Enhance Conservatories are the best for quality and efficiency. Every trade person who came to our home was polite, professional and did very good, clean work. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Great communication, great customer service, great staff.
We had to have our conservatory built by another company pulled down and rebuilt. We chose Enhance to carry out the work. From day 1 when they came to pull down the conservatory they have been great. Every member of staff has been polite and respectful. They have all been grafters, I have not seen such hard workers for a long time. Given our experience with the previous. Company Enhance have taken time to go through the build in great detail and have been in regular communication with us all the way through. David the owner has been out a few times to check on the progress as well and something i found quite reassuring given my previous experience with another company. I am so pleased with our new conservatory even down to the glass smooth plaster finish on the internal walls and the L shaped puece of glass in the roof where the soil pipe is.
I would definitely recommend Enhanceconservatories to others without hesitation as the whole process all the way through to completion has been easy and as smooth as the finish on the plaster.
If I could I would give more stars but sadly I can't.

This has been a brilliant experience all round.
The initial assessment of our needs ensured that the design of our garden room met our expectations in all aspects. Subsequent technical and ground surveys supported our building design.
Ground and building works were carried out quickly and to a high standard and the fitting team followed on immediately
Electrical, plumbing and plastering were excellent, carried out by competent and friendly guys.
Without doubt the best building extension work that we have ever had carried out.
We would recommend this company without reservation.

Enhanced Conservatories have just completed our beautiful extension. We cannot praise this firm enough from the initial consultation plans drawn to the very end they made the experience completely easy. Rarely do you get a firm with such professionalism and organisation skills in all aspects of the building trade. They totally respected the area in which we live leaving it clean and tidy at the end of each shift. The work force were polite and friendly at all times they were a pleasure to work with. Enhance built an extension for us. At every stage they were totaaly professional. We were involved in the design, The surveying was excellent, the groundworks & brickworks brilliant, the roof etc. erected quickly , the electrics all professionally installed.
Overall we have been greatly impressed by the quality of the workmanship, the friendliness and professionalism of the workforce and the planning.
Enhance have delivered .
Oh and the price was good value.

We had our conservatory completed in January this year. On the whole we were happy with the Enhanced however on reflection we do wish we had looked at more companies. We were left with a tie bar in the roof which is an eye sore which were not told about. We had our patio doors changed to French doors by the surveyor and the cost disappeared into a step that had been missed !!!!! (strange that).
We purchased brushed chrome sockets and ended left with white ones with no saving returned to us.
There were a few minor issues during the build but they did sort them. we just feel that perhaps communication could have been better and perhaps we wouldn't have been left feeling disappointed.
