I have ordered a pair and it was Superb So I ordered 2 Pairs more then l got the wrong Size . I informed them through whats up and returned for exchange those ..... But no response from them yet now ..... I called the customer care ..... it was unavailable ..... I mailed ..... it was returned to me.. They set the system like these. ...... Products are good .......... Very bad Service ..... I lost my money ( 2 pairs)

DUNIYA KA SABSE WAAHIYAT BRAND, worst worst worst worst brand ever, I just brought a pair of flats from this website on 12th July 2026 and it came today (16th July) and after trying it as realised it is one size smaller than mine size, so I thought to exchange or return it, but both the things are chargeable, like what is this???🤬🤬🤬basically, these things are not chargeable for the customers but this website is really really very vague, worst ever, please don't trust this brand and don't ever purchase from here, BOYCOTT IT, AND BAN IT.

Scam website, order 2 pairs of 38 size.. both write 38 under the sole. But 1 fits well and other is small. Don't buy ever.

I have ordered two pairs, they have sent me wrong size, I have returned the products with 119 charges. they haven't refund me yet. they have only one whatsapp no in name of customer support. they don't reply u. it's a big scam don't waste ur hard earned money. I have returned the products and lose 1099 rs. too.very bad service the good reviews on their website r fake.the owners of enjee r big liers and fraud

If there is a negative rating. I would like to give that . I had ordered 3 pairs and received only 2 pairs . The 2 pairs are big in size . They are of no use for me. Now they are not listening to my complaint . Also, they didnt send 3rd pair . Infact , their exchages charges are 139 rupees. They have poor customer service. First they will send incomplete order and also if you have size problem they will ask you for more money. Faurd company. Beware of that.

They don’t refund money directly to your account, only store credit.
People may think it’s a legit company by website and what apps update but they have worst customer service.
They charge extra money rs 119 for return or exchange.
Product quality is average, strap material is of poor quality, may start wearing off after some time

This is a fake website.I have ordered 3 pairs after 20 days also no response.email adress given in website is not even valid.In whatsapp they are not even responding.

Bad quality, Sizes are small than the ususal. They charge a huge amount for return or exchange, almost half of the purchase amount will be charged. In any way.. DO NOT BUY.
Cheap quality. They post on different social networks...but the comments are disabled, sobthe negative reviews will not get posted and so that more people can be fooled in to buying. No genuine website will require parcel opening video, and hide the return/ exchange charges . Dont waste money.

Scam received wrong sizes asking 150 each for return and exchange also money will not be credited to our account it's only for website credit score credited back to us completely fraud no numbers are available order number 71339
