I ordered 2 EUFY Solar Security Cameras but received cheap YCC365 non solar ones that are useless to me.
Not happy with them not accepting their error but they did say I could keep the cameras (no thanks) and they'd refund me $12 for $143USD I paid.
Hopefully PayPal may help.

Company sent wrong product, would not take return and offered $20 refund on a $100 purchase. Do not buy. scammers.

They do not deliver, false tracking information,.. still to test them I reordered same product, i asked refund, for first order. They said order is lost we calculate transport and lose order you pay then we refund,.. no more updates.
It’s fake they work small to some customers, the rest of us is for them trash !!

Sent wrong item, twice! No meaningful response from customer support.

I tried to buy one item. The cost was confirmed in the confirming email for one item, including 'VIP shipping' (for speed) for $24.97 but $48.36 was taken against my card, the larger part being for shipping. After agreeing that I should only get one item, I've been offered a $5.99 refund!

I have just purchased a CCTV camera that was supposed to of being solar powered turned up with a power lead, I keep asking them for an address where I can return it with no success avoid this company at all costs it's a scam they will send you stuff that you have not ordered 🤬

Surprisingly effective lights, survived a rainy week, motion sensor works well, decent design.

Ordered the solar camera with extra memory but received a totally different product !!! When contacted, no help.

Hidden fees

My order number is 1254S41450 and the product name is Ultra-thin Magnetic Wireless Power Bank Two-way Fast Charging Mobile Power SupplyWhite_10000mAh. But, they sent me the triple thick wireless power bank. I sent them pictures of what I had received number of times and they keep insisting. This company is inhuman.

When I placed the order, it was though Facebook they don't mention that I have to pay duties and import taxes. Avoid company like the plaque.

Purchased a power bank which wasn’t cheap in the first place two months ago from today and, it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been in touch with their customer service a few times already and, they are very responsive but in a robotic fashion which is unhelpful! They apologise for inconvenience and they’ll say that they follow up etc but ultimately, nothing happens. Not sure what possessed me to buy something from them as I’m just realising why their ratings are so low.
Into month 3 and I keep emailing them and they keep calling for patience from my end!

I got an email from them during the weekend:

We are so sorry for what happened.
As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.

In this case, we have two solutions for you:
1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

So, they lied as they are contradicting themselves

Purchased the flying drone camera as advertised. The drone was sent without a camera. The toolkit is also incomplete and missing parts. No reply from support at enlightenp. This was a total scam. Paid $52 for an unusable product.
