Stay away from this company at all costs, I have been over charged in February by £900, advised to pay as i used the the fuel so I need to pay it, not know how it works although I have never missed a payment and statements state i was never in debt. I set up a plan to make the payments on top of my monthly charges as i don't like bad credit I tried to leave the company to be told i have to stay until plan finishes ok fair enough. I then pay a little more a month to ensure my monthly is covered and low an behold 6 months into paying my plan i get a bill for a further £1000 i ask why and they say its due to my readings, so i ask for help and they email me my statements still not explaining why my bill was so high....

I have yet to receive an answer for this and know i will end up paying for something that i am being over charged for

It has been a long 7 months without receiving a bill and I still am not sure why.
A lot has happened with them as at any and every point of contact they would manage upset the customer either by charging something that is not meant to be charged or by getting your request done completely the opposite of what and how you requested or by simply not doing their job as they should have in first place and then the customer pays the hit as they are backed up by the law as a service provider.
The lack of interest, organisation, commitment and professionalism of this company goes a mile away.
Ohh I almost forgot the incessant outstandingly huge amount of emails you get with ONLY template responses that are useless to customer but an absurd bothersome and spam volume in your junk folder.
I literally have had not one successful call in which I could say I have had a positive outcome but the one I have had today which was to set up a payment plan to a 7 months push in excuses from Enstroga in which they could not bill me for ??? Reason still You known, and their financial help to this problem they have created was to set a payment plan up.. Amazing! It ALMOST feels like I’ve been helped right when I have to now dedicate a great significant part of my salary to you Enstroga! and supposedly neglect other payments and personal life.
Thumbs up and well done for a 5 star on the lack of professionalism.

I phoned Enstroga this morning with a query about the large amount of credit I had built up in my account. Sergen understood my situation and agreed to arrange a refund to reduce this to a more reasonable amount. When I checked my emails this afternoon I had confirmation that this had been arranged satisfactorily. So good to have such helpful, prompt and efficient service. Thank you Sergen and Enstroga.

I had called Enstroga a couple of times previously when I was there customer and twice after I had left them. The reason for leaving was none other then finding a better deal elsewhere. I would like to say that every time I called them I was connected straight away no waiting. I called them today 10 months after leaving them. I cannot put into words the FANTASTIC service I was provided by an advisor named Mr Tuncay. The politeness and patience with which my endless questions were answered was out of this world. Big THANK YOU and a massive pat on your back. Well done! and keep it up. My contract is due for renewal soon and I will find any excuse to come back to Enstroga.

Again, really happy with the final resolution of a problem relating to covid and payments. Always kept informed via email as well as on the phone.

I'm dealing with 20 different Energy Suppliers at the moment for replacing meters and Enstroga have by far proved to be one the most efficient, no 1 hr wait on the telephone before being answered, and any problems with the issue have been on the ball with it and kept in contact.

Terrible company, AVOID at all costs!!!! Been told I had over paid for both gas and electric during my first year with the company, tried to get a yearly statement and a refund, never happened! So decided to stay for another year only not to lose the money i had over paid only to be told at the end of second year that i have not been paying for gas for two years and now am in debt even though i have email confirming which gas AND electric plan i am on. Called the company and was told to email with a complaint. Have been emailing daily since 30 september and still no answer. Going to CAB next. Looks like will need a solicitor for this one.

Called to ensure my elderly mother's electricity payments were adequate and that contract would be renewed. Queries were quickly dealt with and overpayment agreed to be reimbursed.

Worst gas and electric company in Uk - do not use them. Some advisors can not speak English correctly. I have set up direct debit and they still email me and also set up unauthorised direct debits . This company you should never use.

Very helpful and resolved the issue I had

Despite the negative reviews I had a good experience with customer service when I had an issue with my account. They were quick and thoughtful when dealing with the problem. Will recommend them to anyone!

After speaking to many people at enstroga ,I was getting nowhere ,most of the staff were unhelpful or trying to get me to enter an agreement that I could not afford,
Eymem phoned me ,and was absolutely wonderful ,he helped solve my issues ,was polite and called back when he said he would , sent me details by email, .
If I have any more problems with enstroga I will only speak with Eymem . Thankyou eymem for all your help

Awful to deal with, agents hung up on me, failed to help me and the company hung onto our money for months. I would rather go without gas and electric than use this shambles of a company.

I dealt withMr Amin Francis today and He dealt with all my issues professionally and efficiently, he was so helpful , mr Francis customer service was above my expectations, thank you so very much

Buyer beware!!! Wow, what a bunch of incompetent morons!! Shambolic. Do not get sucked in by these cowboys!!
