I have emailed customer service twice…
I have emailed customer service twice AND called and left a message. I ordered a manhole cover on June 8th and it still hasn't shipped. I understand these are difficult times, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service.
Edit: customer service ONLY reached out after I wrote this review. I don’t ever write reviews, and their statement below is misleading. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Product and value were great. My order was shipped in a reasonable time period and customer service was prompt to take care of an issue with a missing item. Would recommend Enviro Design Products to others and will be ordering from them again myself.

They didn't fit
They didn't fit.I called and talked to a girl and thought they would work but would not fit. To costly to send them back due to restocking fees and shipping fees. I'm stuck with $128 that will sit in my garage for ever.

Please call 1 (866) 514-3684 or email sales@envirodesignproducts.com for a return number to return the product and you may use US Mail to ship them back, this will cost less than using UPS or FedEx.
