Pleased with service and product
Had a Givenergy battery and inverter system installed by Enviroplanet. I have to say that I was a bit nervous at first as they were promising a quick install from date of order whilst other companies had backlogs and equipment shortages. Needn't have worried though as everything was installed on time as promised and everyone I've had contact with from the company has been very helpful. The system was commissioned without any issues and is working perfectly.

No pressure sales tactics
Quality of products provided
Availability of product, no long lead in times.
I initially had a problem with the roofer, failed to arrive, then left halfway through, this was dealt with swiftly by Enviroplanet, I was always kept informed, another roofer was arranged and the job was finished. Never once did I not feel fully supported by Enviroplanet, everything was done to resolve the problem very quickly, 3rd party problem resolved ASAP.
Overall an excellent company for your solar requirements, customer service and after sales service, first class, highly recommended.

The whole package
We’ve just had a second solar array fitted by Enviroplanet along with a battery and EV charger to go with our existing system. Needed in a hurry as our EV arrived earlier than existed the whole thing was completed within 3 weeks of contacting Mark and team. Everyone we encountered from office staff to fitters and electricians was a delight to work with and very efficient, with nothing being too much trouble, and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Great solar experience
Had solar panels installed on front and back of house. Excellent service all round, Mark was knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole installation was completed quickly and tidily. A follow-up up visit from Mark to make sure we knew how to make the most of the on-line portal for the system was well explained. Great service from a company that clearly has customer service at its heart. I would readily recommend them to anyone thinking of having solar.

We had a solar power system installed by Enviroplanet. Everything about our experience was good. The "salesman" was open and honest - no pressure to over-spec the system or sell. The lads who installed it were just superb - very efficient, very friendly, very quick - just very very good. I would/will heartily recommend this company to anyone.
