Arnold was really responsive to my original enquiry and able to do the work the following day! He arrived on time, was really polite and friendly, and then gave us the information on the outcome straight away as well as uploading it, so the whole thing from enquiry to completed EPC took less than 48 hours!

EPC Green was nothing short of superb. I literally emailed the company in the morning saying I needed an EPC certificate as I was putting my house on the market. Virtually immediately I had a response to say someone was in my area that afternoon, so I arranged an appointment for the assessment to be done on the day. Arnold came on time to survey the house, he was such a lovely man, so friendly and really knowledgeable, he gave us some information about his company with regards to building work that his team also do. I shall be contacting him about that in the near future. All in all a great service from Arnold at a super low price. EPC Green I can honestly highly recommend, thank you so much Arnold.
