Fraudsters

Fraudsters, don't shop here! My order arrived nearly a month later (despite my confirmed order stating express shipping). I had multiple communications with their customer service who said they would rectify but never did. When the item finally arrived and I requested to return it, they want a 20% restocking fee and only a store credit (not a refund to my credit card) when the entire issue is within their control and the shipping carrier they chose to use. I'm filing complaints for consumer fraud

Unresponsive Support & No Real Shipping Updates

Placed my order with Ermoleve on 24th February, and today is March 11th—yet my package is still “on the way” with no meaningful progress. The only thing the DHL tracking shows is:
“The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically.”
This status hasn’t changed since March 4th, meaning the parcel likely hasn’t even been handed over to DHL.
I contacted Ermoleve’s support multiple times, but they’ve been completely unresponsive—which seems to be a common issue.
It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a product, receive no real tracking updates, and get no help from customer service.
At this point, I cannot recommend this company. The lack of customer support is unacceptable.

DHL's website indicates they have received the data, but not the shipment, so there is no proof of delivery.

Steer clear of this company!!

Steer clear of this company!!! Ordered over £150 worth jewellery, nearly a month ago! Still hasn’t come back and forth nonsense with emails confirming it’s on its way they will contact Evri. So I decided to contact Evri to find they hadn’t even handed the parcel over to them. The whole website is a SCAM!

I placed an order ten days ago. Still not received the bangle.

I placed an order on 28.12.25, money taken from my account on 29.12.25, so I expected the bangle to be on its way. Unfortunately I had not read the Trust pilot reviews before using this new site, otherwise I would have avoided it. I am still waiting for the bangle to arrive having paid for it ten days ago.

Yes, I have now received my order. It arrived much later than was due according to the delivery tracker. However, I am pleased and relieved to have received it.
Please have a look at the date reviews are written and think about a slightly more customer friendly reply.

According to the carrier tracking, your order was delivered to your address. So it’s a bit tricky to say you’re “still waiting” when it’s already marked as delivered. If you can’t find it, message us your order number and we’ll help right away.

Bought seven items and have been trying to return three for nearly 4 weeks. The earrings were damaged. Keep getting emails saying they will accept return but keep asking me to send photos. They are avoiding the process, I have sent photos and they keep asking questions to delay the process. They are now not returning emails. I will be applying for refund via Mastercard. Avoid !!!

No tarnishing

I wore my clover bracelet every single day for around 4 months now, I do shower with it and go to the pool and it to my surprise it hasnt tarnished even a bit. Quality is truly outstanding

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Wish I had read reviews.
£55 necklace that is basically from china probably can be bought at TEMU. No additional packaging to even pretend it’s not from there it came in the clear bag as if from somewhere like TEMU. No response now requesting refund. Very disappointed
Edit added - I contacted them and they said it should not has arrived without signature packaging so I asked them to remedy this and they never responded !
I’d beware of all of the good reviews that seem to have appeared after I posted ! If I could post pictures to here I would.
As I couldn’t get a refund due to response I have bought additional packaging elsewhere and am giving the necklace as a gift even though I don’t want to.

This company is straight trash

This company is straight trash. I ordered a bracelet on 9/27 and despite Ermoleve's insistence that their products are shipped from the UK, they obviously are not. A week went by, then two, then three... then a month... No bracelet and the shipping never updated after Sept 30. I emailed Ermoleve on 11/7 to say that the order was lost and I wanted a refund. No response. Emailed again on 11/11. No response until two days later, saying they would follow up after contacting USPS. Then no update for TEN days, despite sending multiple emails. When they finally responded, they confirmed what I had already explained to them: that the order was lost and tracking hadn't updated in almost two months. They offered a refund "immediately" or replacement. I responded within an hour saying I wanted the refund and to please confirm when it was processed. That was four days ago and they've gone quiet again. Seriously. This company is trash.

They’re selling stuff worth a couple of pounds for £80+.

The ring I ordered made my finger turn green in a matter of hours very clearly because it was made in China and was fake. Avoid this company at all costs.

0 stars if possible I have not received my order and ordered couple of weeks ago. No shipping tracking info received and over a hundred pounds spent for my daughter’s gift. I emailed and was ignored.

Update after their response: One thing I will never accept is being called a liar my order has not been delivered and you have not responded to any of my emails have you? I’m in tears because you have lied my order was delivered when it wasn’t. This company is a scam.

Poor

When they don’t care to respond to prospective buyers emails, I don’t fancy your chances if you’ve bought from them and have a problem. They were supposed to email me with a code a few weeks ago and I never heard since. Also they told me their “sterling silver” items arnt actually sterling silver, they are partially sterling silver with other materials mixed. For those prices, they should be 100% sterling silver

They’ve gone no contact

I received the bracelet, which was too small, and requested to return it or exchange it for a larger size. They emailed back promptly asking for me to send photos of the bracelet, which was a little strange because it wasn’t broken or defective. I sent them a few pictures back immediately. It’s now been 10 days, and several emails to them later and they are not responding to any of my emails. Surprise, surprise, another scam company. Do not buy anything from them!!

I have sent you an email with screenshots to prove my case. You are the one spreading false information and I’m ready to take any legal action because you can’t keep getting away with this. You are a huge liar for saying my package has been delivered when my package says it is still in Shenzhen. Your business is so frustrating and I really wish I could post pictures here. This is so unfair, I ordered those jewellery pieces as a gift to myself for my birthday and I’m going to continue to give bad reviews on other platforms with screenshots to prove. I will not stop until I receive my order or you refund me. There’s no way I paid that amount of money not to receive anything. My God will judge you. Bloody Thief.

Absolutely awful – do not buy from Ermoleve
I had a terrible experience with Ermoleve. I ordered a bracelet that was meant to be a birthday gift, and not only did it take far too long to arrive, but when it finally did, the quality was shockingly bad, cheap-looking, flimsy, and absolutely not worth the price.

To make matters worse, I contacted them immediately after receiving the item to request a return, and it’s been over a month with no response. I’ve followed up several times, and they’ve completely ignored every message. I’ve since discovered that many other customers are having the exact same issue — clearly, this is a pattern.

This company clearly has no interest in customer service and is not trustworthy. I’ve now had to escalate the matter through my payment provider just to try and get a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the stress, delay, or disappointment.

False advertisement and fraud

False advertisement and fraud. Ordered items 02.07 - today it’s 06.08 so over a month. This is shipped from China - by post. Still not arrived, and the tracking link is totally misleading. I have no idea where my package is. Lost in transit? Possible. So the fast shipping is totally false advertising. I think it would have been better to just order from Temu, AliExpress or DHGate instead.

Update 07.08: now they’re replying. Telling me to contact customer service. They don’t respond anyways. I’ve sent multiple emails.

Please stay away from this fraud company.
