Fantastic service and friendly staff

Kelly and her associate (apologies can’t remember the name) were really helpful and friendly. Right from when we walked in just to be measured all the way through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and always made an effort to speak to my children and keep them entertained. Made buying my new bridal set even more magical by having such great service.

Excellent service from Tracey at the Grimsby store she really did go above and beyond , great communication and service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store will definitely go back again

Went in before Christmas to purchase a watch and the customer service was excellent they lady who served us was helpful , set watch , and made experience so nice . Had to return watch today as recipient didn’t like one I purchased . Picked out the watch he liked . The other lady in shop served me today (said manager on her badge) what a contrast in service didn’t smile , spoke abruptly , didn’t set watch . Wasn’t helpful at all . My one star rating is based on todays experience. If the lady served me that served me before Christmas would have given full stars

Went into your Grimsby Store, yesterday. Had an unusual design for rings with a lot of back history involved. Tracey was the wonderful lady who spent time with us getting all the details down and taking photographs of the relevant items we bought in to send over to your designers. She also arranged a telephone appointment with them for us.

Really good experience thanks to the care Tracey took with us. Excellent service.

Went in yesterday with my son and 2 staff members was serving and 1 stood behind the counter. We was in there about 10 mins looking and didnt even get a 'good morning or Hi'. We walked out and spent £450 in H. Samuels who had great service.

Had problems with a necklace I purchased online and the customer service were not much help. After phoning the Grimsby store they couldn’t have been more helpful. The lady suggested sending the item back to them and they would send me a new one out.. this saved loads of time and effort. The customer service at Grimsby was outstanding and I would recommend anyone to purchase from there.

The staff in Freshney Place Grimsby are very efficient and welcoming.The jewellery itself is beautiful.I return to this store for my pieces of jewellery all the time including my husbands and now my children as they are getting to be of a certain age.I receive emails notifying me when /if a piece of jewellery has been dispatched.Never had a problem.Highly recommend .

We went to our local Ernest Jones to look at wedding rings and was able to look at these through the display window. A couple of rings had caught our eye and we was offered assistance to view these in store. The lady who assisted us was very helpful and friendly. She showed us several rings and gave us advice on some lighter male wedding rings.
The process was straight forward and she gave us some vouchers to save us some money. We spent alot as we purchased an engagement ring too, so we was grateful of the extra vouchers saving us £360 in total.
The rings was ordered and we received 2 of them the very next day. We are Still awaiting on my partners as his is being made new.
Happy with the overall service. Yet to wear our rings once we are married in September 21.

Purchased a ring for my wife's 50th birthday. Staff could not have been more helpful and ordered the relevant size. I thought we got a good price with 20% off in the summer sale, however 4 days later and on the very day we were due to pick up the ring I received an e-mail from Ernest Jones offering me 25% off the very same ring! I spoke to the staff in the shop who did not hesitate to refund and resell the item at the new price Great service.
