I’ve dealt a couple of times now with the Glasgow store in Argyll Arcade. I can’t fault the service level. The staff (Alison and Jane) go out of their way to help and feel very valued as a customer.
Would encourage anyone looking for a ring or piece of jewellery to visit the store. I’ll use them again, in fact I’ll not go anywhere else!

Visited Argyle Arcade branch today and got first class service from Anne who was very knowledgeable and helpful when picking out a ring. Made choosing the right one less stressful.

Great service! They resized my watch bracelet perfectly and were very professional throughout.

My Partner Julian and myself went back to Meadow Hall to pick up our rings , we were greeted by Victoria, so warm and friendly fabulous service again Victoria makes you feel special and she is very knowledgeable , a real credit to your store, truly amazing I would definitely recommend your shop

Received great customer service at Frazer Hart in Solihull.
All staff were helpful, friendly & polite, not to mention keely went out of her way to find me a timepiece.
I had already purchased a beautiful ring from a lovely male member of staff,which is why I returned to the same store.

I am hoping to return to purchase gold hoops soon

Staff here were helpful, responsive and careful to make sure that you received good service. The quality of my purchase was very good.

Ethan at the Bromley branch was helpful and I think realised i was in a bit of a rush. He showed me the earrings and I selected the pair for my wife before paying fuss free. He also answered a query I had about a watch and I will hopefully return with that next tile I am in Bromley.

Bluewater store was a great help and excellent customer service by a young lady, blonde (so sorry I can't remember her name) but she was so great. We did purchase online after but only because of her :)

Ian in the metro centre store was absolutely fantastic so friendly and customer service was phenomenal, I had no intentions of buying anything when I was window shopping, just shows how important it is to be friendly, came out with a beautiful watch!

My wife wanted a new watch for her retirement. We went to Fraser Hart as I bought a watch from them last year. Ciara was so knowledgable about the full range of products we were offered.
