Staff are utterly rude (via 1) at the Swindon store! I Walked in got no help from 3 staff members I could see, they saw me, completely ignored me and kept playing on their phones! The one member of staff who was the only one actually doing a job was the one who left what she was doing to ask if I needed help! She answered my questions about a watch and was really helpful, she was blonde and I believe her name was Helen. As for the others they are lazy and not welcoming at all! But shout out to Helen!

Just seen a video of this company on YouTube DJE MEDIA doing nothing wrong but being abused by staff for looking in the window, sack these staff immediately I will post all over social

Omg - one of the sales woman is vile! Horrible to people outside the shop. I was shocked someone could be so toxic. Feel so sorry for her boyfriend/husband - RIP my brother, you took the bullet for the lads!

Do not trust the quality of their diamonds! I purchased a very expensive eternity ring for my wife and within months 2 diamonds had fallen out. When we took it back they said it was customer damage which could not be true as my wife only wore on special occasions. We took it to an independent jewellers and they confirmed that the quality of the diamonds should never have been used in a ring as they had occlusions near the surface meaning they could break easily. Ernest Jones are still not wanting to offer a fullrefund

I found the staff to be friendly and courteous , i took my wifes ring in for repair and was kept informed of every stage from leaving the shop to its return, all this at a very reasonable cost . well done Ernest jones for giving a service rarely seen these days.

Watch was faulty from start and shop knew about it tried to say fixed but wasn't. Watch is now in for repair so now waiting weeks with no watch, had it for 1 day after purchase.

I went in to buy an engagement ring. I believe his name was James in the Swindon outlet. They were very good at showing the available rings and current deals. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and very polite.
