Ernest Jones - Uxbridge Opiniones 

As a follow on from my previous review.....I had a bracelet which broke within a few weeks and I was given a replacement, with no problem, at the Ernest Jones Uxbridge Store. Imagine my disappointment when my replacement bracelet also broke in exactly the same way.
I took it back once again and was invited to choose something else to the same value. The assistant, Lauren, spent a lot of time helping me choose something I really, really liked. She went out of her way to be helpful. I did not feel hurried in the slightest and it made for a really lovely shopping experience. Her knowledge of all the jewellry was brilliant. Would highly recommend this store. Thanks Lauren.

The member of staff who served me was be really patient and understood exactly what I was looking to buy. Great customer service, I confirmed from the manager what the young lady’s name was so that I could do a review. The manager confirmed that her name is Vanessa. I would definitely come again in the near future.

Helpful and courteous staff at Uxbridge store. Good value for money for what I paid compared to other stores.

I’d like to thank Lauren and Jennet in finding me the perfect engagement ring, they were both very warm and welcoming I felt like a valued customer and they were really grateful for my custom.

I bought a ring from Reading oracle in March. The ring was not my size and sales manager said dry very positively,they will get it fitted for me without any problem.They got wrong size done and ring didn’t fit. I gave ring back and now my ring is with them and I have no clue about it. In this whole process, I never got an email or a message.

My husband gifted me this ring and we are already paying for it. It doesn’t feel like a gift anymore. Your team has literally ruined the whole experience. The ring costed me £1500

Rude member of staff. Ignored me 3 times on entering the shop after simply asking if she was available to assist.

Really poor customer service and this staff member is not a good representation to the brand. Will never go back and told others not to either. Complaint submitted. Awful.. stay away.

Sold the wrong sized wedding ring, the shop then refused to swap the ring as it had damage on - due to it being too big and falling off.

Staff rude and completely unhelpful. Wrote to the office via the website and never heard back.

Would avoid.

I have bought the watch from them 2 days ago, until today I have not worn it and just left it aside, however today I noticed that the pin for one of the latches was not it properly. I simply dismissed it and pushed the pin inside thinking it will be alright, however just morning the watch fell off my hand. I cannot find the pin and now I have a broken watch that will most likely takes weeks to get fixed by the manufacturer.

I had already done my research online before visiting Ernest Jones and chosen the watch I was going to buy so salesmen didn't have any chance to do any "selling" with me.
I simply pointed out the watch I wanted to buy, they adjusted the bracelet to fit my wrist and that was all.

Staff were polite and helpful. We came in first to see the selection of watches then left to see at other shops but came back here because they didn't have a good variety of the watch type we were looking for. However after purchasing the watch telling the sales assistant it was a 50th birthday gift he didn't ask us if we would like a gift receipt it was I that asked after he put all the purchase through. He then said he would have to cancel the whole transaction and do it again, we felt it was too much and said leave it. Now we feel we should have got a gift receipt. The sales assistant really should have known if it was a gift then advise your customers to opt for a gift receipt obviously if it was for the person themselves then there is no need to advise. I really could have done with a gift receipt. 😔
