I’ve looked into your order and saw it was placed right at our 16:30 delivery cut-off time. My colleague mentioned when the order was placed that it was a 50/50 chance whether we could get it out the same day, but unfortunately, we couldn’t pick, pack, and dispatch it in time for the courier’s collection.

However, the parts came from Germany vis UPS who then took over 8 days to deliver.

We are sorry for the delay in the delivery to you, we do host a lot of stock in our EU warehouse to support EU customers, and this item was only available to ship from Germany. Ultimately, we were let down by our UPS service in this instance.

Emily Williams responded quickly and in very professional manner.
She promised to follow up upon receiving a full information from the supplier.
Without any delay, further information arrived as promised!
Very easy order process, extremely quick picking, packing and delivery.
My order arrived on the very next day in the Hub in London and earlier today at my front door.
Magnificent!

Hi,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to provide feedback on the service provided by your team yesterday. Unfortunately, I was not entirely satisfied with the experience, as there were a few issues with the setup of our new label machine printer.
The engineer who came to assist us was on-site for the entire morning but was unable to set up the machine in the location we requested. Additionally, he seemed unfamiliar with the proper configuration needed for the printer to print correctly on our labels. As a result, we had to go through several rounds of trial and error before we were able to achieve the desired outcome. Much of this troubleshooting ended up being done by myself.
After the engineer left, I reached out to our IT team, who were able to set up the machine in the correct location and configure it properly on a team member's computer without any issues.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter to ensure a more efficient and effective service in the future.

We could be clearer prior to install to explain that we would need your own IT resource on hand to manage any security checks and indeed the allocation of network port locations. We wouldn't want to make any adjustments to your network that could have a negative effect on any other parts of your network.
