Very bad service and unsafe/unrelieble feeling
Very bad service. Several times not called back despite several request to my actual contactperson David Robinson. Today the app and website of esafevault just disappeared without a warning sign or help to withdraw my investment in advance. Does this mean loss of my investment? Again I asked for explanation and help to David. I could see he did read my messages, but didn't answer me.
Correction 23/4: the app and website turned back and are accessable again, but I didn't get any message or explanation. Feels very uncomfortable and unsafe.
