Getting tired of technical supports lack of concern for their website issues.

I have been using eShipper for a few years now and spend thousands a month on shipments through their online dashboard. Their rates are great but their customer service is terrible. Since their website has been having so many issues the last few months I have had to deal with their technical support on a weekly basis and every time their lack of concern for the issues is very frustrating. They do not answer their phones or their tech support emails and when you use their chat support they only answer the questions they choose and then will disconnect when they feel like they do not want to deal with you anymore, and in most of the cases refer you to the email support who doesn't respond. Obviously running a business with logistics being the center of everything this is unacceptable for a shipping company. There are some really great alternatives to eShipper that are not having as many issues and very easy to reach someone who cares. Keep in mind you cannot deal with the couriers directly with eShipper because you are on their shipping account. This is why it is crucial to have someone that is willing to help you in a timely manner.

We ship direct to customer

We ship direct to customer, most being hotels and businesses. However we get charged residential fees? Being trying to get a hold of eShipper via email, phone, VM you name it for well over a week and no response.

Used to be amazing customer service, can't get a hold of anyone now. App is good, rates are good but customer service is now lacking tremendously. It's unfortunate. Please address this, it had been good for so long.

Great value, very efficient and responsive

I been using eShipper for about a month with my account manager Ahmed Sabah, its been going great! I am saving on my shipments and its way faster than Canada Post, and best of all my account manager has been there with me with me every step of the way if I needed anything or had any issues he is quick to respond to help out. Very pleased!

Sajeda = Outstanding Customer Service

Sajeda Noormohamed never fails to follow up and follow through with EVERY incident and complaint that I present to her.
Recently, I complained about an incident involving UPS that would have resulted in extra charges to my account. On my insistence, Sajeda argued my case to UPS three times!
Although UPS would not provide a credit, Sajeda brought my concerns to E-Shipper in an effort to obtain "goodwill" consideration for this issue.
Sajeda was successful in making her customer happy and, she did it all with patience, empathy and professionalism.

Clandestine Accounting Practices.

I have been using Eshipper for over a year and have used them for 1000's of shipments and over 50k a year in shipping costs. Recently, I audited my invoices from them and it was a complete nightmare! They actively charge additional fees AFTER the shipment has been done and delivered. Ranging from $0.03 to $3.00 per package. They also have lots of errors with their system which they blame customers for. I have tried to rectify these issues with them and they refuse to accept their errors (even though they admit it was an error)

Worst software, shipping times. They will over charge you without you knowing unless you happen to catch it and they will lose your packages.

Take this as a warning that this company will cost you more money and time than it will save you. Their software is full of flaws, their shipping takes forever, they don't follow through with claims on lost packages and they will double/triple charge you for labels. Their site crashes frequently causing your live rates to go down so customers can't make purchases, you'll find yourself catching all their mistakes. These are just a few of the headaches you'll be dealing with.Do yourself a favour and choose another company.

Was good before, terrible now, customer service not responsive

Everything was fine until this November.
They started to delay orders. Not one or two days (we understand the pandemic and everything), it's "expected delivery day passed and the package is not even shipped" level of delay. They don't notify us of the late orders too.
And when we contacted them to ask what happened, no one answers-my email was sent one week ago. Yes, Neeraj that's you.

Unprofessional, Stores CC on File, No Customer Service

There are so many issues with this company for shipping your products to your customers. There quoted prices never match to the invoice pricing, damaged shipments as shows in pictures, extra "random" charges for off-hours, extra unloading hours and so on and when asked for back-up proof such as proof of delivery, no response! Stored Credit Card on Account gets charge without your consent, and later unable to delete your Credit Card from the file nor are you allowed to delete your account with them. The details of your account will stay there basically "forever"...

We are so happy to of found eshipper. It's easy to use, the rates are very good, and the customer service it the best. Seriously the best. We text Sabira and she is answering questions or fixing our mistakes at all hours of the day. We so appreciate her help. We can't imagine using any other service for shipping.

Most helpful !!

Feroz has been most helpful in making sure all my customer service needs are sorted out.
As a former Logistics Manager & Supply Chain Operations Manager I know what it takes to try and sort out compliance issues on a daily basis & so far Eshipper has done a great job insuring my needs have been met.
I thank everyone at Eshipper for helping me out thus far as integrating to online isn't as easy a task as many think. I will definitely continue to use Eshipper's services and look forward to being able to build my business up to the point of having them do my Fulfillment aswell.

Amazing customer service and rates!

I have been working with Amanda Martyniuk from Eshipper for just over a year now and her customer service has been the absolute best!

She responds almost immediately and does her absolute best to provide me with any info or the best options she can at all times.
