Cameron from Esmad called and sorted my problem with the wasps and explained everything excellent service would recommend Cameron and Esmad.

Phoned esmad pest control as we had a 4 year old hive and a 2 year old that love the garden in summer( who doesnt). Cameron was here within 24 hours. He was infortmative of the issue and resolved within 5 minutes. Within a couple of days there was a massive difference. Not one in site now and a happy wee boy.

Rick from Esmad Pest Managment did a very professional job we had some bees 🐝 in the wall cavity which had moved in three days ago we all like bees but not in the house great job Rick Mike

Cameron was sent out for a second dusting as first dusting not successful He went above and beyond to ensure the dust was put everywhere No quibble or payment re second visit and there within 48 hrs
Only reason for not giving 5 stars was they had to come back out

Came out to a potential Bees nest problem , applied the necessary treatment and fully explained the process of the treatment and it's purpose.

Paid full price for a 1bedroom flat. Didn’t get rid of the flea eggs so after 3 weeks we had fleas again! I got in touch with them and told them and they blamed me for bringing fleas back in when we don’t even have any animals. They are now ignoring me and won’t publish my review on their website. Don’t hire these and buy flea spray and treat it yourself, it actually kills the flea eggs and it’s WAY cheaper!!

I recently hired ESMAD PEST CONTORL to treat one of my houses for bed bugs. They guaranteed that everything would be resolved within seven days. After following their instructions to leave the room untouched for a week, we cleaned the room only to find bed bugs still present.

When we called to report the issue, they offered to schedule a retreatment but demanded full payment again, despite the initial treatment's failure. This was particularly frustrating as we had adhered to their technician's advice.

Seeking a second opinion, we contacted other companies who advised leaving the room for 14 days and making noise daily to ensure the treatment's effectiveness. This was information we had not received from ESMAD PEST CONTORL.

I believe it's unfair to be charged the full price for a second treatment when the initial service did not meet their guarantee. This experience has been disappointing, and I would caution others to consider this before using ESMAD PEST CONTORL's services.
