I have been using Esources for years and have have always had a great experience Recently there was an issue where I was not only billed twice for the same service but it also happened multiple times before I realised.
I was initially quite frustrated because I could get a response from anybody. However when I did reach a member of the team (Priya) her response was decisive and immediate. After apologising and explaining what had gone wrong my overpayment was immediately refunded as well as a complementary offer as a gesture of goodwill.p
I always feel you get the true measure of a business when things go wrong and I can certainly say from this experience this is a great company to be a customer of
