Again if there was a zero score this would be it , I ordered in December 2025 , paid by Klarna so I thought it must be legit if Klarna accept this merchant , I still haven’t recieved anything , they replied to my email saying they don’t recognise my email for any purchase ( so basically I haven’t purchased anything from them ) they APPARENTLY sent Klarna proof that the item has been shipped , either way it’s NOT been delivered to me and Klarna can’t help me , they told me to sort it with the merchant but the bloody merchant isn’t replying to emails now so Ime stuck

I would give less if there was a zero, I payed by Klarna, I received 1 small ribbon and that was it, I raised a dispute but because they had proof of the courier delivery, I have to make full payment, I would never recommend this company

SCAMMERS
I ordered a product, they didn’t sent me any confirmation or any information on the shipping. After 2 weeks I have asked them for any dispatch notes or proof of dispatch and they couldn’t provide any tracking number. They sent me replies saying it’s on its way but never named a curriers or any provider. After 3 weeks I asked for refund and they ignored it.
