I have been fleeced by this company of £1200

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received from your company. When we initially signed up, your email clearly stated that, in the event the service was not approved, a FULL refund of the £2400 deposit would be provided. However, despite this assurance, we only received £1200, with no satisfactory explanation for why the full refund was not processed as promised.
This situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Not only did your company fail to uphold its agreement, but it has also caused significant financial strain on our small business, which we are struggling to recover from.
I expected professionalism and transparency from a company that promises to support businesses like ours, but instead, this experience has been far from what was promised and left us in a very difficult financial position.
