EuDirect Shop 

Before I ordered from this company which was the only site which had what I wanted in stock, according to Google Shopping, I checked the TrustPilot score but unfortunately did not check the date of the last reviews (it's October 2022 and the previous latest review was in December 2018).

I placed an order using the PayPal guest option with supposed next-day delivery a week ago and since then, the status says ‘processing order’. The money has been taken from my bank account but there has been no reply to any of my e-mails to their alleged customer service address.

Despite having the ability to create an account and log in, website does not look like anything has been updated for a long time.

As a side note, PayPal refused to help as I had used their guest payment option. Fortunately, my bank was a bit more helpful.

[update] I received a refund so revised to three stars but not without having had no response to my e-mails and the frustration that a product marked as in stock was not in stock PLUS having lost about £6.00 due to currency exchange charges by my bank.

I received a computer that made fumes from usbc at first charge and later it always blinked error when on charge, I have the same computer without that problem, EUDIRECT shop avoid to use warranty, and do not agree to receive it back, sending mails days after day asking for a video, for detail, asking tech help and letting 14 days for sending back to pass. A scam.

Great shop, no problems!

EuDirect Shop was a good choice for me ordering a new smartphone in 2017. Prices were competitive, dispatch was prompt and delivery was quick with tracking along the way. The goods were immaculate. Another bonus is no import duty when ordering within Europe. I'd use them again for sure!

Nice website, reasonable prices and great customer service. Delivery times were a bit longer than promised, but they quickly responded on any questions I had.

Ordered a Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 15.6" April 26th. Great way to avoid tax and import fees, but it takes some time for the order to arrive.
It was sent from China to EuDirect Shop April 28th and i recieved the pc May 14th.
