THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This is a complete waste of your hard earned cash. I played it last night because I was looking for a way out of teaching. I am tired of suffering for money. This will not get you a better life, it will only deplete the little money you have. This is a scam organised by the government. We are mugs buying into it.

Ive been playing uromillions almost…

Ive been playing euromillions almost since it began and have won next to nothing,so imagine my absolute seething fury when last night i managed 4 numbers.the odds of getting 4 are 13,811-1 and i won the pathetic sum of £21-40.what an absolute joke.until the lower prize levels are vastly improved to reflect the odds of a player getting that amount of numbers i certainly wont be playing ever again.

Rigged so you cannot win big.

So of late the lottery has taken down the big winning online games ie the £4 million prize games. You may of also noticed the jackpot has ran over for quite a few weeks regularly. This is part due to two things. Firstly the lottery computer is the most powerful computer according to stats. This enables it to work out within minutes what numbers have NOT been picked. This is turn ensures a winning combination cannot be won. The balls machine will have six balls of the numbers that haven't been picked slightly smaller in physical size to the other balls in the machine thus ensuring that only these balls will come out and further ensuring a definite no win scenario. Secondly all the weeks that the money rolls over is making millions in interest in the bank. The winner is usually from outside the UK so cannot be verified. This is all just a theory of course lol but based on logic. Update as trustpilot doesn't allow replies to replies for some unknown reason!! - In response to lotteries reply, it doesn't matter how you try sugar coat things from YOUR perspective, the facts are the facts. The online game odds AREN'T true, that's fact!! That's been proven time and time again so please don't bother to fob us off with your OPINIONS. The lottery IS a scam and quite how the lottery has escaped investigation is beyond me. The amount of negative reviews tells us all we need to know. As I say facts are facts. Your opinions are just that!

Hi, as all draws are overseen by adjudicators and are fully regulated, there is no way that the scenario you have described would be able to happen. The balls are checked before each draw and are all confirmed to be of the same weight before the draw can take place. In reference to winners being usually from outside the UK, there have been 108 EuroMillions jackpot winners in the UK (correct at the time of writing), which is currently tied with France (also 108 jackpot winners) and ahead of Spain with 104. As these three countries typically sell the most tickets per draw, it's understandable why the jackpots are won more often in the three countries. You can see the full list of jackpots won by country on our website: https://www.euro-millions.com/winners/statistics, I hope this helps! :)

I do not agree with your paltry prize divide I find it very very unfair, why make one person very happy when you can make many more people very happy as well but just at a lower level.
Please reconsider the divide.

Failed hope of many stupid people

1. Don't give yourself any failed hope.
2. Know that you will never be the winner.

Why?
Because the winner (including the breakdown) numbers are based on marketing strategy. Mind game. Not luck. Master plan.

You will never ever be the winner.
If you don't buy, you save.
If you bought, you lose.

May be one of the winners in the whole year might be real but all the rest winning numbers are fraud and scam.

Know that they are smarter than you.
They can hire many genius people how to scam someone who says luck luck luck with failed hope. So you will never never never be the winner in your whole life.

Wake up and just kick off your failed hope.
Don't be a stupid guys in the eyes of euromillions.

Hi Lee,

As the prizes that are offered in EuroMillions are parimutuel, the actual prize amount at each tier varies from draw to draw due to a number of factors.

Each tier is allocated a certain percentage of the overall prize fund from each draw, for example 'Match 2 + 2 Stars' winners receive in total 1.3% of the funds allocated for prizes in a given draw. A change in the number of tickets sold for a draw, or the number of winners in a specific prize tier will mean that the prize offered will be different to other draws.

To give a couple of examples, the lowest amount ever paid for the 'Match 2 + 2 Stars' category was £5.30, and the largest amount has been £20.60.

You can learn more on the Prizes page of our website here: https://www.euro-millions.com/prizes

Thanks

Here's what I see as a genuine scam

Here's what I see as a genuine scam. When pay for more than one entry, why do I only get one raffle draw? We should be allocated a separate raffle number for each draw. So, for example, I pay for 8 draws but only get the one raffle number. Let's say for example I get given the raffle number HFZZ876. The first draw is always near to that number. For example, it might be HFZY896. After that, the next draws are nowhere near the raffle sequence. In other words, I pay for 8 raffle sequences, but only get one. Therefore, we are being ripped off.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your message. If you are referring to the UK Millionaire Maker raffle, you receive one code for each line of numbers that you purchase. If you buy three lines of numbers, you would receive three raffle codes.

If, however, you have purchased a single-line ticket for multiple draws in advance, you would receive one raffle number which is entered in to each draw that you have paid for. For example, if you bought one line of numbers for the next four draws, you would see just the one raffle code on your ticket. That code is then entered into the next four draws, along with your main numbers, and has the same chance of winning the £1 million raffle prize as all other tickets that are bought for those draws.

I hope this helps to answer your question, however please don't hesitate to get back in touch if we can be of any further assistance.

Thanks

The people who win these amounts could be an dirty inside job and rest of the money just goes in their pockets ohh yeah they do write these stories to scam people and If you will observe most of the stories they come up with or the winner is mostly a winner who plays this lucky dip . Will not fall for this utter crap ever in my life .Application deleted.

Hi Ajay,

As with all lotteries, EuroMillions is a game of chance. I can assure you that winners stories are real and that those playing with Lucky Dips/Quick Picks have just as much chance of winning a prize as those that have chosen their numbers themselves.

Thanks

Euromillion is a scam

Euromillion is a scam, you can predict when the jackpot is going to be won. on top of that I don't know how on earth they know immediately that the jackpot has been won and where, in which country. you don't know how those numbers were extracted. you can see the numbers and immediately know if the jackpot has been won or if there is a rollover. I don't even know who is winning the million every time(millionaire raffle) I really think this is a another big SCAM. Just a waste of money.

Hi Ana,

There is no way to predict when a EuroMillions jackpot is going to be won, as it depends entirely on the winning numbers drawn and whether or not one of the millions of tickets sold in each draw has matched the entire combination.

In relation to knowing whether a jackpot has been won, once the draw has taken place, the entries from all participating countries are checked against the winning combination drawn and, if a ticket has matched the five main numbers and both Lucky Stars, it is confirmed which country the winning ticket was sold in.

Thanks

Euromillions is an absolute scam

Euromillions is an absolute scam. If people pay to enter one draw all money prizes gathered on that draw should be delivered on that same draw, meaning spreading the no winner prizes by other winners, no rollovers as people contributed for that game not the next

Hi there,

Many lotteries around the world roll over, as it increases the jackpot for the next draw when there are no top prize winners. For games like EuroMillions, if the jackpot could not roll over, the multi-million pound jackpots that regularly attract players as they increase (and therefore increase money to Good Causes) would not be possible.

Thanks

Today on the final rollover day they prevented real 5+1 winners

On the 5th day of the rollover cap the jackpot was won by: nobody. UK ticket? More like Camelot advertising scam. They only did this to prevent a share between the real winners of 5 and 1 star.

EDIT: okay but looking at the numbers, it was luck of the 'easy numbers' you could say lol.

Hi, the jackpot you are referring to was won by a ticket holder in the United Kingdom. The ticket holder has since come forward to claim their prize and will need to decide whether or not to go public with their win or to remain anonymous. Should the winner(s) opt for publicity, details about them will be released, if they decide to remain anonymous, no details will be released.

I'm getting to the point now where I…

I'm getting to the point now where I can now predict when its going to be won. Ive even had a £100 bet with my mates that's its going to get won on Friday 4th Oct 2019. As over the last 5 wins over the past few months Ive won a tiny amount of £2 or £3 then the following game drawn its won, for example 12th july 2019 i win 2.50 next game drawn its won... next time i won 3.25 on the 16th aug 2019, next game its won. Another one 11th june i win £2.00 next game its won. Its laughable.
As for the amount that's won, hasn't anyone even noticed the amounts? One week the amount goes up by 15 million then 9 million then last week 2 million and it stood at 169 mill....no one won it BUT its stayed at 169 mill...Really? Yet no one bothers to ask where is all the rest did not a single person play? Nah I wont be wasting any more money after this game on Friday as I know its a complete and utter scam.

Why on earth do they have ridiculous prizes of £2.90? And then they have the audacity to send me an email telling me I've won a prize and congratulating me. I'm not playing anymore. Get rid of any prizes under £30 and I may consider playing again. If I was hard up for 40 pence I wouldn't be trying to obtain it by spending £2.50 on a lottery ticket.
