It was an impossible site to find in…
It was an impossible site to find in Livingston. When I found it the "drive through" it turned out to be a hut in the corner of a carpark. It had no signage. Yes the two youngsters were helpful but I then had to go through a long confusing rigmarole with my phone and password. Lucky I had my phone. Not a good experience. The result did arrive next day.
