COMPLETE SCAM- PLEASE AVOID
A complete scam. Please avoid at all costs. They didn’t return my sample by 48 hours, despite clearly stating 24/36 hours in their policy. I called them once at 46 hours, they said call back at the 48 hour mark. When I called them back the lines were completely unavailable. I had to spend another £90 buying a rapid PCR. Their customer service are too stupid to understand the problem and therefore are not compensating me.
PLEASE SEE THEIR INADEQUATE/ AND UNTRUE RESPONSE BELOW. PRETENDING THAT THEY HAVE DONE EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If only you spent as much money on customer service as you do on pretending that you are not at fault.

I have checked your account and can see that the test results were published to your account 10hrs 27mins after your sample had been taken.
This was within our timeframes that we advertise. You can view your test results by clicking the link in the email notification or by logging in to your TrustOne portal/app.
