I would give them a zero if I could terrible company.i purchased 2 home PCR tests which never arrived .as my test date approached I called eurofins who advised the tests were in the post a second phone call revealed the tests had never been dispatched.at this point I had to make other arrangements with an alternative company.i contacted eurofins regarding a refund and was directed to their website where I sent an email with all the details which they have thoroughly ignored.appalling customer service, just making easy money by cheating customers
