Standard covers include Medical Expenses, Cancellation and Baggage. A number of optional covers complement the standard travel insurance benefits available with three levels of cover . Options include COVID-19, Winter Sports, Golf, Business, Terrorism Disruption, Gadgets, Weddings and Car Hire Excess. The policies are underwritten at Lloyd's and Lloyd's Insurance Company. All quotes and purchases are made online with a debit of credit card with instant email policy issue.

Disappointed with their claim decision.
I was disappointed they did not pay out a claim for travel disruption which was less than I paid out in insurance premium. Makes you wonder about the value of travel insurance.

Navigational Ease
Easy website to navigate and choices clearly displayed on the screen. Price can be chosen depending on your intended destination and cover needed. For me the most important is medical cover especially in counties such as the USA.

Basically fortunately I didn't have any accident or emergency whilst my trip to Italy, although I have an issue with the car rental company who are claiming damage to their car when this is false.
