Ford kuga
Had a service that was fine.more expensive than other ford dealers I'm finding out now .merthyr dealership don't offer you a ford assist after a service like most Ford's give. If you breakdown like I did it cost me £300 to get it to the dealership. Alternator broke it was repaired,now my stop/start does not work. Reception told me to take it on a 2hr drive.still not working.now they want to charge me for a battery charge up.really not happy with the service we received from Evans halshaw Merthyr Tydfil.

Terrible
I had to raise a complaint after continuously being let down and no correspondence and being told things that weren’t true to then have my car taken into the garage to be worse coming out than it was going in. In all fairness the original Evans Halshaw I did get the car from got flooded but they were then dealing with it at the merthyr branch. I didn’t hear anything at all so raised a resolver complaint and nothing was getting done.
The last correspondence I had off the resolver case was on 03/07/2020 and no one has been in touch since. The issues still need to be rectified and I was told “We will be in touch once our bodyshop reopens. Kind Regards, Amrit”. Now the situation with the shops and things, they have all been open as normal for a while now and I’ve been giving chances after chances and yet I have had no correspondence at all. This is extremely poor considering you cause the issues in the beginning! It was agreed that all 4 of my alloys would be re-done, the paintwork sorted from the scratches that were caused by yourself, and the door card that I was told they already had the part for back in February/March 2019. I am absolutely disgusted that no one has been in contact and would still like this matter resolved as the issues haven’t gone away.
