No pressure to buy!
Called in as I had seen a car advertised on the Internet, we had a look around outside before going inside where we were greeted by a very nice salesman who took us to see the car. The car wasn't for us but ended up buying a different car from them. I cannot express how helpful and efficient Maddie was, no pressure, just information and good advice. From start to finish everything was easy and stress free. Car Service Saturday AM
I had to bring the Car Service Forward and spoke to Helen Smith at the Service Desk.
On the day of the service which was a Saturday, I arrived early and was met by Hellen and shown to the waiting area. I was offered refreshments at the start and throughout and kept informed of the service progression.
An overall preasant experience.

Excellent after sales service nearly a YEAR later
I bought a Audi TT Quattro in Aug 2024 which had a brake squeal. This was down to i was told new front brakes and discs & needed 'bedding in'. I was told on purchase that this would go after a few hundred miles. Sale Person Dawid said if it didn't, they would get it sorted. Almost a year later (my fault as i was away due to work) this noise did not go even after around 1k miles. I had Audi do a service on my car and investigate the issue said the noise was coming from the BACK discs and pads. I called Dawid and he explained that i should have come back sooner, but they would contribute 50% of the new brake discs and pads. This is great customer service, i should have come back a lot sooner with the issue, but they took great care of me nearly a YEAR LATER and replied to all my messages and phone calls. Dawid is a credit to Evans Sheffield, honest and i would happily purchase another vehicle from here in the future even though i live in East London!
