Wow!
Wow, I rang this morning and spoke to Connor who was extraordinarily helpful and kind on the phone. He sorted my problem with the help of the excellent parts department and did so with care and free of charge. I was honestly blown away. Whilst it may not have seemed a big problem, my car is essential to my life and having the issue fixed without fuss was a huge relief and help to me.

Top management had little idea how to manage the airbag problem.
Having myself found a Citroen dealership to be in a position to fit the new airbags, the team in York acted quickly and efficiently. Full marks to them.
All the problems were from the way the top brass at citroen handled the administration of it all. They caused many people considerable hardship by there poor management.

I appreciate those who got me booked in quickly, Kerry was very friendly on the phone and thank you to the mechanics who fixed the car. I have a newborn baby so having a safe car is essential during this time.

If you live in the Yorkshire region and have a Citreon C3 that has been recalled due to the airbag safety issue look no further than Evans Halshaw in York. My call was answered promptly & my car was booked in the following week. I immediately received e mails and texts confirming this. On the day I was able to track the progress of the work being done and everything was completed on time and without any problems. If you want a truly awful experience then head to Evans Halshaw in Hull. They will tell you there is a 6 month waiting list and that you are on the end of it. They will refuse to provide an exact date and advise they will call you when a slot is available towards the end of the year. When you call them back a few days later to ask for some sort of email confirmation or a booking reference, they will have no record of your initial call or that you are indeed on their lengthy Christmas list!
