Staff at Evans Halshaw very good and explained what was necessary to me. They kept me informed regarding the servicing of the car and when it passed its MOT. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used Evans Halshaw twice before…
I've used Evans Halshaw twice before and had lovely reliable cars with no issues whatsoever.
This time I was met by friendly staff who quickly and efficiently sourced out the car I was interested in.
It had a couple of advisories on the last MOT which were immediately sorted without me asking, giving me the assurance that I was receiving a car fully ready to drive without stress, which is what I was looking for.
The collection of the car (done by Jak) was completed at a time most convenient to me, any questions were fully and patiently answered, he went above and beyond to show me the technology in the car and connect my phone etc.
Overall, for worry free motoring I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Live in Belfast bought for Evens Halshaw Leeds
Don’t really do reviews but felt that I had to make the effort in this case.
I live in Belfast and was slightly apprehensive about buying a new van unseen from the UK. Andy at Evens Halshaw commercial was excellent. He always answer his phone or emails quickly and arrange to get the van sent to Larne harbour for me to pick up. Amazing! Cost an extra £400 for shipping which means I still made a great saving.
The company who took the van to the port was organising by Andy and were also extremely professional sending me a delivery report with photos etc and phoning me to let me know they got it on an earlier boat.
All in all a great buying experience.

Great service
From the start of walking in and viewing the car i had set my mind on there was no pushy sales. Usman was a really down to earth, lovely guy. He went through the whole process seamlessly and made me feel at ease. He even made the coffee! The test drive was left to ourselves and the paperwork was explained throughout. A very enjoyable car buying experience.

They did what I asked
Nathan was very helpful and kept me posted on how things were going.
My only gripe was I was going to be charged over £300 to fix a seat not sliding into position but that wasn’t Nathan’s fault.

Charged £447 for usb module actual cost £33. Refusing extended warranty
- For simple usb replacement they've charged £447.13. Actual usb module £33.69. They refused to claim extended warranty.
- I highly suggest not to take extended warranty and Avoid this service center as possible.
- Service team, sometimes neglect our concern. This particular issue I had follow up 4 times and went to service center 8 times. This is frustrating. I suggest ignore this service center as much possible.

Informed throughout
My car was collected from home in the timeframe specified. I was kept informed by telephone and video throughout and the unexpected additional work was costed so that I was able to authorise it and still my car was brought back and parked on my drive in super quick time.
