Went to Ford Blackburn to look for a car and Hasad who dealt with our purchase was really helpful in all the dealings with it. We had a nice welcome and was also offered a nice warm drink. The hot chocolate is definitely one to have haha

Ipurchased a vehicle in May from the…
I purchased a vehicle in May from the blackburn dealership, .the fuel gauge was not working and I took it to the wrexham dealership to be fixed under warranty . They told me the car had an oil leak and this needed fixing and a new timing chain..The blackburn dealership would not authorise the repair after many attempts from myself and the staff at the wrexham dealership .the customer service is poor and I am now stuck with a car which cannot drive and cannot afford to have fixed and a lot of mental stress.

A GREAT EXPERIENCE
On both visits to Evans Halshaw I was treated extremely well. Asid gave his full attention to my questions, took me on a test drive, putting no restriction on how long we were out. When my wife and I returned to complete the purchase and collect the car the same attention to detail continued.
Buying our chosen car was a very pleasant experience thanks to Asid.
