Good choice of cars, this is the third purchase from EH and good value.
The £399 Gardex experience is poor value for money, mine was done but the car needed a vac and wash before - surely! Don't take this option, get a good private valeter - much cheaper for the full ceramic job. Would I recommend EH - yes, great choice of cars and properly priced.

My vehicle came in for a new side door opening mechanism, and when I came to collect the my vehicle the engineer came out with very large screwdriver to show me how to open door that was twisted and not sitting on the door runners correctly, and then claiming I’d have to report the damage myself….shameful

Service staff made sure every issues I raised was looked at. Made sure time for pick up and drop off was convenient for me. Amazing.

Where to begin… I started looking to purchase a Ford focus in February and found what appeared to be a reasonably priced car on Evans Halshaw Burnley’s site. That’s when the horror show began. After sending my enquiry I received upwards of 10 missed calls and messages asking to call them back. The week before purchasing the vehicle I checked every detail possible and wanted to know as much detail as I could before purchasing again upwards of 10 very pushy phone calls and emails leading up to the sale. Looking back now no wonder they were so desperate to get rid of the vehicle from their possession. Delivery day was fairly simple about the only time I received good communication and that was because a third party was involved. Everyday after receiving the vehicle that’s when the communication stopped. Dealt primarily with head of sales Michael ( very pushy, avoid at all costs) and sales lady Rebecca ( Abysmal sales representative and very unwilling to solve issues.) I found out on delivery of the vehicle that no service history was available after a lengthy delay I finally heard back from Rebecca who advised to check the Ford app? Absolutely ridiculous the service book inside the car was empty!!! I have now discovered the this vehicle is as sold on the premise it had full service history but in fact only has partial service history. This has resulted in a valuation loss of nearly £2000 from local dealers who won’t go near the car without full service. I would never have bought this vehicle without full service. Rebecca is nothing but a liar and I would advise anyone to avoid ever dealing with this branch!!! I am in the process of submitting legal proceedings against this company.

Ford Burnley have a great selection of cars, I have been here a few times over the years and they have always found me the right car.
