Cameron is an asset to your company! I walked in not knowing what car I wanted and he found me the perfect car. He answered all my questions and talked me through the process step by step making sure I understood fully. He was so friendly and approachable and made the whole process so easy and quick. Excellent customer service
Second time having my car serviced at Ford Chorley. They quickly addressed a booking error, staff were polite and friendly as always. Car was collected/delivered promptly and returned back spotless.
It's really helpful having the video checks and being able to authorise additional work online. Prices are comparable to non-Ford garages locally, so well worth the dealership service stamp in my opinion.
