Great service, great location, fantastic staff

I arrived at the dealership on Monday 7th August to view a ford mondeo and i was met by Ben when i arrived, he showed me around the car and then i was off for a test drive. I got back and decided i wanted to buy the car, everything was plain sailing from then on! Ben is a very pleasant salesman absolutely no pushing at any point. I have picked my car up today Thursday 10th August and I am very happy with my purchase. My experience of the process of buying a used car from EH Gainsborough was a very painless one from choosing the right car guided by Luke who moved all vehicles I was interested in. Then Anthony took over the sale and showed a lot of patience when going through the paperwork so I was sure of my purchase. Last but not least both the paint shop team and the valet team both did an amazing job. I am a very happy customer and am pleased I chose EH Gainsborough.

Helpful sales staff but poor checks from the service mechanics resulted in 2 separate issues arising on the day the car was delivered to me. The sales person did come back on the day to help me but I'm having to take the car back to one of their branches to get the issues looked at and hopefully resolved.
