Best Experience
Honestly, it was the best sales experience I've ever had. When we visited the dealership, Liam VanRooyen welcomed us and now I'm glad he did. Having to barter to get a warranty repair
Every time I have to deal with the service dept it is very tiring. Trying to blame a faulty TPMS on a company that fitted 2 tyres when they couldn’t provide evidence the TPMS was damaged. I then had to negotiate and persuade them that if the TPMS wasn’t damaged that it was therefore faulty.
I find it exhausting to deal with the service dept every time.

Charged for work that wasn't done.
They recommended a brake fluid change 6 months ago which I was charged for but the work wasn't done, makes you wonder what else you get charged for without having the work carried out.
Edit: Never mind, that's a 1 star, just discovered the crack in my driver side headlight that someone attempted to cover up with glue, headlights get hot, glue melts. Looks like someone closed the bonnet on something they shouldn't have.

Sold a faulty car
Sold a faulty car on hp finance. Reported the fault from day 1, 6 months on car is still faulting and the garage refused to help in anyway other than to leave me in debt. The people who work here must be trained on how to lie through there teeth.
Santander are now involved who has had the car investigated by a mechanic. So I'm sure they will be in touch!
