Great personal service from a Commercial Vehicle site
I bought a brand new 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor from Evans Halshaw Ford in Bretton, Chester.
From initial enquiry, to driving away my brand new car took only a couple of weeks, everyone was attentive and helpful.
Thank you to Jack Mason and the team, great service and I was not even a fleet customer, just a private purchase of 1 vehicle. You guys are great.
What a contrast to the VW dealership in Chester earlier the same day - such arrogance - could not free someone to speak to me at their site despite waiting in person on site for a hour - and they knew I was wanting to buy a brand new £60k vehicle.

Bretton - Fantastic Service
Evans Halshaw Ford Bretton. Great service, really friendly and approachable team. I had an emergency which meant i was unable to drive my car. Within 24 hours my issue was dealt with quickly and to a very high standard, great communication also. Really happy with my experience.

Sale side great, Service side disappointing
Sale side is absolutely fantastic, however the service side is awful, Paul is fantastic on the desk, Carl the business manager is terrific, Julian service manager is appalling, my van has been sat in the garage awaiting for repair since March, not all is fault but slow replying to warranty company, slow in replying to myself, slags people off breaching GDPR, julian is letting the dealership down.
