Bought a car from Evan’s halshaw, Collected it today from John Lennon, excellent service. Recommended.

Andrew Preece was fantastic, with the way he dealt with myself, his attitude towards the purchase I was looking to make. Everything we smooth and easy, no fuss, and I was kept well informed by Andrew. Smooth process over all and was able to put a deposit down on a car and collect the very next weekend.

Visited Evans Halshaw Motherwell to look for a first car for my 17yr old son. We were approached by Abbas who very quickly established what we were looking for and gave us some advice on what we should be looking for. He then excused himself and left us to wander around. Absolutely no pressure and no following around like at other dealerships. Having found a few cars that my son liked, Abbas provided us with the keys and again let us look around at our own pace. Once my son found his preferred car, Abbas again could not have been more helpful in ensuring the car was secured for us. He even replied immediately to an email I sent around 8.30pm on a Sunday evening! Within 48 hours of arriving at the showroom my son drove away in his first car. Fantastic service all round and especially from Abbas. A huge thank you for all of his guidance and support and making the whole process straight forward. Evans Halshaw, you have a star on your hands!

I saw a car I was interested in at the Motherwell dealership. I messaged asking for the price & availability to bring the car to Leicester.

Having heard nothing & after 15 days I assumed the car was gone.

I had a call today from Craig (I think, that was his name but the line was poor) to discuss the car..

I told him I had already bought a car as after this long I presumed the car was no longer available & ended the call. Craig then called me back to to tell me in a sarcastic tone I had hung up on him & I was obviously "a nice man"

Came to motherwelll ford sold my car to abbas all went so smooth abbas was very friendly and and explained everything about the process of selling our car .

We came in looking for a relatively low priced car first car for my teenage son. Andy could not have done more to make us feel at ease. I'm not a fan of car showrooms but I can't fault the service and support we received with the whole process. Andy took lots of time to explain each additional package we could take with no pressure to buy and answered all of our questions about the packages we did choose.
I would highly recommend Evans Halshaw Motherwell to anyone and will be back in a few months when it's time to choose my own new car.

Seen a car online and came into the dealership to look spoke to Abbas who was absolutely fantastic and every point looked through the car and Abbas ran though the cars details previous owner ect , once I was happy with the car Abbas talked through the numbers and further details this couldn’t have been easier and stress free he covered everything in great detail keeping me updated through the full process trying his best to get the best possible price once all the paperwork was completed it was absolutely stress free collecting the car for the first time buying a car I couldn’t recommend Abbas and the dealership enough I would 1000% recommend to anyone who’s looking for a new or used car will definitely be back

We recently got a car from Evans Halshaw in Motherwell. We had a great experience, the staff we very friendly and it was a very relaxed experience. We Enjoyed being able to look around all the cars without someone constantly interrupting us like we have experienced previously when shopping for new cars.

Our sales advisor Abbas was great, he was very helpful from the beginning answering all our questions and helping us find the ideal car for our needs. Abbas was great at communicating with us and often emailed us back and forth out of hours to answer all our queries.

I recently bought a used car from this store and salesman Abbas Sabri couldn't have made the experience any easier. Car salesmen get a bad rep but he was great. Wasn't pushy and clearly explained all costs and services that they offered. I didn't feel pressured into buying the car. If buying again in the future I'd happily contact Abbas to help. There was a friendly atmosphere in store and the other salesmen seemed really nice too.

After a harrowing experience with Peter Vardy, where I had to involve trading standards due to their negligence and lack of transparency, I was apprehensive about stepping foot in another car dealership. However, Evans Halshaw Motherwell completely transformed my perception.

From the outset, the Evans Halshaw Motherwell team exuded warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to assist. They attentively listened to my concerns and addressed all my inquiries patiently and comprehensively. Unlike Peter Vardy, who concealed the repainted left side of the car, Evans Halshaw Motherwell provided complete transparency regarding the vehicle's condition.

The car I purchased matched the description perfectly, and Evans Halshaw Motherwell even provided documentation of the mentioned paintwork. While I encountered minor issues with the wheel balance, alignment, heated seat, and handbrake, the team responded promptly and effectively.

I was particularly touched by the manager's recognition of my previous ordeal with Peter Vardy and his sincere interest in my satisfaction with the new car. This level of personal attention was conspicuously absent at Peter Vardy.

One minor inconvenience worth mentioning is that only one of my brake lights is LED, while the rest are standard, making it difficult for drivers behind me to see all the lights clearly, especially during evenings or when reversing. I hope this issue can be addressed soon.
