Reception staff very helpful but they where let down by their technicians who took no care of my vehicle at all whilst doing the work, muddy boot prints all over the carpets, driver seat and steering wheel left oily and dirty, quite clearly do not use seat covers and floor protection, very disappointed

Efficient & Trustworthy
We are glad to find a right car with exceptional services by Stuart Bowles. Stuart action very fast and got exactly what we want. Following on from earlier review with Evans Halshaw @ Grantham just wanted to say thanks to William Buckley who did the hand over to me on the day, now it was not his sale but as Peter Lewin was off he took over. He did a good job and was easy going, friendly and took time to go through everything which was nice. so with my dealing with both of them all i can say is positives things.

Took car in for a free health check and found a coolant leak from thermostat so needed a new one this was done the following day and all is good now.
