Really good after-sales service
Really good after-sales service. Took my car in for some cosmetic issues, and was given a loan car whilst mine was taken care of.
Had negotiated a good price for my part-exchange which was considerably above any other offers I'd recieved.

Customer service soo poor. They kept me waiting and ignored me like I didn’t exist. Was to wait for 90minute but sat there for 3 hours and was ignored.

I have an issue with my car that should be covered by the warranty company. However, the warranty company kept asking for more and more information. Megan sorted all this for me and even sent this to the warranty company. Making it easy for me to get sorted. My car will be booked in now thanks to Megan's help..

What a great service. Excellent team
. Purchased a used car. 2 days later car had issues .. took it straight in no ifs buts... Very friendly and helpful.... gave me a courtesy car while mine was repaired .. new wet belt and oil pump .. common issue on ford ecoboost... from sales to customer service.. all excellent.. was dissapointed car had issues but as mentioned resolved quickly and without any hassle.. All the team were brilliant...

Ordered my 208 GT today
Test drove the 208 at chesterfield then decided to order one at Mansfield. Was dealt with in a very respectful way which made for a pleasant experience.
Just waiting for a call from salesman as soon as the dealership gets a delivery.
Hope I don’t have to wait long.

Jimmy made our experience!! It’s giving 10/10!
Jimmy made my experience great along with the other staff at the Evans Halshaw Peugeot. We were never rushed or pressured into making decisions which sometimes can put people off with car dealerships - not with this one! Our car buying journey took a couple of weeks and Jimmy was with us every step of the way helping us with our options and the best offers for us. Initial good service, but false promises made
Arrived on the forecourt and we were allowed to look around in peace without being pestered or watched by salespeople. Matt was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He also gave our kids a drawing task, which occupied them perfectly. UPDATE: we keep getting false promises about when the car will be delivered, due to an issue with the windscreen fitter. 3 times we have been ready to come and collect, only to be let down that the work has not been completed. Avoid.
