Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
Sales rep and sales Manager contradicting each other constantly.
I also paid £200 deposit to reserve a car and had an appointment to do paper work, but was called an hour later. Sloppy customer service.
I was completely patronised on the phone by Andy sales manager and shocked at the awful customer experience. I was about to purchase £10,000 for a car upfront but will never do business with this company again.
If this is what they're like before a sale what are they like when something goes wrong with the car !

Car Service
While the car was having an 18K mile service I was able to work in the customer area using the wi-fi. When it was complete they let me know, along with an email, and the car was washed and vacuumed. Brilliant job all round!

Great experience
I had a reassuring chat with a service advisor after a strange experience with another garage. Got booked in quickly and received a handy video from the technician looking over my car, who explained the work needed. Overall a great experience.
