I would strongly recommend Evans Halshaw for your car purchase, if you like. Your experience to be the most stressful experience of your life. Being constantly ignored. To wait forever for a return call. To feel like you don't matter. BUT, if you do not want all of the above, go to another car dealer in the area, where you will be treated like a valued customer. Its a shame there is no minus stars available, I could have given this company minus 10

Shambolic and erroneous adverts
Shambolic & Deceitful - Sold me car (Grey Outlander phev DX68UMB) without Service History - despite the advert claiming it was FSH. Either had not checked or hoped i would not notice. Returned for full refund but a week of hassle and hours on the phone. (Warning - they have re-advertised the car with no mention of the missing service history. In fact, service history is not mentioned!) They had also previously failed to honour the delivery charge on their adverts and claimed on the delivery check sheet that I had agreed to give them a 5 star review! Blamed "Head Office"
I complained about the delivery charge which was never followed up by "Head Office".
Tick boxing errors or deliberate - you decide!
