Avoid! Evan Halshaw Gateshead! Purchased a virtually brand new Astra Ultimate PHEV, I should have had sense when they said they were returning it back to Vauxhall. I purchased in March 25, more or less straight away, I started experiencing issues, warning lights coming up, car not starting, car not locking! Constantly in the workshop to not be told what they have completed work wise. In the end I agreed a rejection and handed the car back in December 25. They advised they were returning it back to Vauxhall as they claim the issues are “too far gone to fix”, to then see 2 days later, it’s back on the website for Sale! Money grabbers, salesman who have no communication, palming issues onto other people! Avoid at all costs!

Very friendly staff
Very friendly staff, fast service & lovely waiting area with free drinks.
They did use to pick up & return my mobility car which was very helpful to me. I'm not sure why that has stopped but still very happy with the service.
