I would just like to thank the staff who carried out my annual car service and it's first MOT. I was well informed. The staff on the reception desk are always courteous friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about my service plan. It's always Angela Gardner in the service reception who deals with my car service paperwork every year, she is very proactive member of staff. Everyone who works at Evans Halshaw have got good customer service skills, hence, this is the reason why I always service my car with them. Thank you.

I have been buying my Vauxhall cars from Evans Halshaw, every couple of years since 2014. They provide a five star service and this was the case yesterday when my Mokka was due its service and first MOT. Angela had telephoned me a few weeks ago to remind me, she booked my car in and the work was carried out yesterday in an efficient and timely manner. When I collected the car it had also been cleaned inside and out and was as clean and smelled as good when I first drive it out of the showroom. Brilliant dealer.

After a really disappointing experience with another Vauxhall dealership—poor service, bad attitude, and feeling like my custom didn’t matter—dealing with Vauxhall Middlesbrough was a breath of fresh air.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen, kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The level of customer care was exactly what you’d expect from a Vauxhall main dealer, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted properly.
I’d especially like to thank Shane and the team at Vauxhall Middlesbrough. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and the difference compared to my previous experience was night and day. I’d have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for honest, efficient, and friendly Vauxhall service. A great example of how customers should be treated.

I am updating my previous review to 5 stars. It has been a long and challenging road to get this repair sorted—a difficult battle navigating the process with Cinch—but I want to give credit where it is due: Richard was the one who ultimately came through for me.
He navigated the complexities of the situation and ensured that the job finally got over the line. Even when I went to collect the car, a phantom engine management light appeared on start-up. Even though it was right at closing time and the team was ready to head out, Richard didn’t just brush me off or send me on my way. He was fully prepared to hook the car up and check the code right there and then to ensure I was safe to drive.
The light cleared itself, but it was his willingness to step up and make sure I wasn't left with a concern that made all the difference. While the overall process was tough, Richard’s service at the finish line was exactly what you hope for. Thanks to him for seeing this through.

Arnold was an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. He sent me a detailed, personalised video of my new car after I reserved it, and even drove me to the post office to tax it after bank holiday closures with the DVLA. He made the whole experience of buying my car from Evans Halshaw seamless and enjoyable, and I cannot recommend enough.
