We ordered the new Mokka through the Motability Scheme with Paul 2 (the Motability specialist) and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, he was incredibly accommodating, attentive and always ready to assist. His extensive knowledge made the process smooth and his commitment to delivering first class service truly stood out. We HIGHLY recommend him!

I hope the head of business reads this because there is a worrying trend with the reviews. Most 5* reviews are for friendly sales team which says nothing about a company. Where they fall down is customer care along with poor product. The second something goes wrong they completely blank and ignore customers. Also their aftermarket £800ish peace of mind warranty is by a third party company which is a good as useless. Shame on the boss for letting all this happen and doing nothing about it. I wouldn’t trust them to make me a coffee. Disgrace.

Visited Evans Halshaw Newport on Saturday 8th March to sell my Vauxhall Mokka. We were met by Faique Rauf who was professional and friendly. We were offered a fair price for the car and Faique explained to us the process, which was easy, transparent and straightforward. Would certainly recommend Faique and Evans Halshaw Newport 👍

Dropped my car for 2nd service at 8am on Saturday. Received call approximately 11.15 to confirm it was ready. Very polite friendly staff and even got car park washed and vacuumed inside and polished at no extra charge. On a service plan with Vauxhall which is even better as no payment needed. Appointment was booked and reminders were sent. Very easy and have always received excellent service from them and a clean car as a bonus!!

Hi took my car for its 1st service Newport branch and due to an error on sales dept emac plan told to pay for 1st service after explaining that wasnt an option Kat and Sandra went above n beyond making calls back n forth and the issue was resolved would like to thank them both very professional

I was very disappointed with the service I received (or lack of it). Dropped my car for something that seemed like easy fix on Monday morning and had a phone call in the afternoon to say that part required is on order and should be with them Tuesday/Wednesday. Was happy enough at that point but it just went downhill from there.
No one rang me to tell me about the progress until I lost my patience I rang on Friday. Someone supposed to ring me back with an update but never did. I went to the dealer on Saturday and they promised to give me update on Monday. Again no one rang me! My car was ready the following day but again it was me that had to ring for an update. Car was fixed fine and people are nice enough when you talk to them but lack of communication is a disappointment
And to finish it off they fixed the car but I found that plastic plugs that cover holes are missing. Maybe not important to them but it’s very much important to me. Overall it was extremely frustrating experience

Do NOT recommend at all! Will never get a car from here again! Paid £99 holding fee which takes ‘seconds to refund’ as Jas told me and my husband! I have had the car 8 weeks and still NO refund! After numerous calls and emails STILL no refund!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
