Money taken form my Account on 23rd March and still awaiting product

I ordered from Aevrae in March and still haven’t received my items. I was told there were delays due to a high volume of orders, but there has been no delivery or update since. When I tried to contact them, my emails bounced back as undeliverable. This has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious. I am now contacting my bank to request a refund.

I have had a very negative experience with this company. Half my order finally arrived after 4 weeks but the remaining part of the order hasn’t arrived. The most frustrating part of this whole process is the so called customer support. They state replies should be received within 4 hours. I’ve now sent 6 emails chasing the order and have not had a single reply. It’s honestly a joke and I would strongly recommend avoiding using tris company, because it appears if you have an issue, you’re on your own!

Never got packages 😤and can’t contact anyone there’s no way of calling and the email is invalid.. don’t waste your money.

I paid 175€ for a swimsuit, which I still haven't received after 3 months. I wanted to contact the company: the email bounces, the website is not online anymore.

“I bought a swimsuit, but it didn’t fit and couldn’t be exchanged. I feel it’s such a waste. As a customer, I hope businesses don’t just focus on making money but also consider customers’ needs. I really hope they improve their return and exchange policy in the future to provide a better shopping experience!”

I ordered a dress with Evarae during the Black Friday sale. Just over a week later they cancelled my order and now 10 days later I still have not received a refund or any further communication/ responses. No one gets back to you. Absolutely unacceptable. I would stay well clear if you are considering buying from them.

It took this company 2 weeks to process my return. I had to chase and chase. The customer care team has no contact number so it had to be done via email - very frustrating! The refund has finally been issued but is still pending in my PayPal so in total it will be three weeks from the date of returning the item to receiving my money back which is totally unacceptable in this day and age. I would be reluctant to order from here again.

Be really careful, not made clear on purchase that sale items can’t be returned and I am now stuck with an expensive dress that doesn’t suit me. Really not ok and not something you expect from companies now. Very frustrating!

Ho fatto un ordine ben due mesi fa, ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti in tutti i modi ma nulla dopo un mese mi è stato detto che era stato riassorbito e stavano iniziando a inviare gli ordini ma ancora non mi è arrivato nulla ho chiesto anche di annullare l’ordine mi hanno risposto che non si può, in pratica mi hanno solo derubata

Appalling returns policy. Have ordered two items which are completely useless to me as they don't provide returns for items on sale. Check their returns policy before you buy.
