Thank you for your feedback. What you've described is below the standard we strive to uphold. We apologise for our role in your experience. We aim to be transparent about the costs involved, and the scope of work included. As you're aware, due to your specific circumstances, we discovered something that required unaccounted for work, and for you to share additional information with us. Diligently, we provided you with an additional quote which you chose not to accept. Our file suggests that the returns were sent to you within a few weeks of us receiving your final pieces of required information / instructions.
