They are legit, they credit almost I instantly, although their conversion rate is a little high, another thing i noticed is that I sent dollars to Nigeria Domicilary (dollar) account twice, but it didn't go through and the transaction did not show in recent transactions whilst i was debited, I had to contact customer care and the money was refunded back to my wallet. So I'll give them credit for their customer care service

She didn’t even waste my time sending me what I needed, it was very quick and fast

My recent experience with Eversend customer care has been very frustrating. I’ve opened several tickets about a transaction issue, but each time an agent joins, asks the standard “How can we help?” question, and then disappears without actually investigating or resolving the issue.

The support feels automated rather than professional. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced this. Eversend really needs to improve its customer support and follow-up.
