Okay, but not really any better than any other network...
I've been a customer of EE for some years now, and in terms of signal coverage they're good - they provide a consistent mobile signal. Having said this, given that they're a telecommunications company, and this is a core part of what they actually do, this is a bit like saying that Tesco sells edible food, if they didn't they'd be fairly awful.
The reason I decided to leave a review is that I get annoyed at the constant barrage of positive spin PR and advertising that suggests that they're utterly awesome when their customer service is, in reality, fair at best and deeply poor at worst.
As a disabled person with SEN/learning disabilities, I find them consistently less than understanding when faced by requests for reasonable adjustments that would make things easier for me. They don't break any disability laws (they're much too clever for that) but neither do they bend over backwards to help you.
Providing a good mobile signal for any telecommunications company - Vodaphone, BT, O2 and EE - should be a given. Once you get past this point it comes down to customer service, and in this respect, EE are nothing exceptional. This is why I've given them one star.
