The chain on the bracelet is so thin and cheap looking - plated. This company should be ashamed of the products they are selling.

Do not buy from here!! Interesting you can’t write a review on the website?!! Ordered a bracelet for my mom and within a week a gem fell out and then the bracelet broke. Horrible quality and awful customer service. They won’t work with you. Do not buy from here!!!

Of they had a zero I would have selected it. I ordered a personalized bracelet for my grandson and a 3 peas un a pod necklace for his mother for Christmas this year, 2024.
They guaranteed delivery by 12/24. I paid 14.95 for each to ship. Now it won't be here until 12/27.
Some Christmas l. Never again, don't trust them. They refunded the shipping but say I can't cancel the order because it shipped. Ha!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY

Horrible quality l, received a product with a stone missing and what looks like super glue all over it. Very thin bracelet chain and ugly cheap yellow gold plating. I paid 75$ for a piece of junk! The website doesn’t allow real reviews it is filtered to keep a high rating.

Peas Pod bracelet

My daughter bought me a peas pod bracelet as a MOB gift, not even 6 months and a birthstone fell out. Lots of grief they replaced the lost stone. Within 1 month it came out again! I was able to find it and have replaced all the stones in my pod on my own with better adhesive.

I received a three stone bracelet and…

I received a three stone bracelet and only had worn it a few times when 1 stone fell out; I called the company, but it had been more than 60 days since my daughter-in-law had purchased the bracelet so they wouldn't do anything. I had a jeweler put the stone back in, but it fell out again, along with the 2nd stone and one was lost completely. Feel so badly that my daughter-in-law wasted her money!

I bought three bracelets. One for myself and one for each of my daughters. The stone fell out of my daughters. I never got a reply when reaching out to customer service.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn’t give 0. Their overnight pitch is not really overnight. Tried to send a 50th birthday gift to my sister overnight on a Thursday… it’s now scheduled to arrive on Monday/Tuesday. When I asked for clarification, they told me they don’t deliver on weekends. Wish that had been clear before I purchased their trash ass product.

SO DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING SCAMMED

I bought the men’s Roman numeral bracelet in the box. Which is the only place it looks great. The bracelet links cannot be removed, the bracelet is huge, completely useless and I truly feel robbed of my money. I called customer service and received zero help with it therefore making me feel complete scammed.
A bracelet that I intended to be beautiful and meaningful makes me so angry each time I see it sitting on my dresser in the cute little bag. I’m so disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL, WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY.

No response back

I bought my mother in law a birthstone necklace that had 5 birthstones for mother day. She had it for a month and one of them fell out. I sent an email to see if we could get it fixed and it’s been over a week with no response back which isn’t great customer service.

It's funny because the lie..

It's funny because you read the reviews on their website and it's all happy customers and crap. When you search their reviews it all come back 1 star. I bought an item.. piece of crap. It came with 1 stones missing and another 3 more stones fell out within a month. Too expensive for vending machine quality I'd give them a -1 review if I could. I only bought it because the 'reviews' were good.. liars

This place is garbage.

This place is garbage. I saw the cute pea pod bracelet and ordered it for my mother in law for $92. I selected my fiancés birthstone and his little brothers and after submitting payment my confirmation email shows the wrong stones! I immediately contact customer service and get no response for hours. When they do respond, they tell me it’s already been shipped and they can do nothing. They tell me to place another order (which I stupidly do) to try to get the gift there for my Mother in laws birthday. The website does the SAME THING. I select March birthstones and after paying- it shows my order for April instead. They have some kind of glitch. I call first thing in the morning when their customer service line is open and she tells me again that my order already shipped- in less than 15 hours. I tell her I want a refund because their site has some kind of bug or they are scamming people by having selections show up differently after the money is paid. They told me “personalized” items aren’t eligible for any kind of refund but I could pay my own money to ship it back to them and then pay $18 to have the stones swapped. Absolute trash. Don’t buy here. You’ll just waste money and end up with a personalized bracelet meant for someone else.

Disappointed

If could give 0 stars I would. Ordered bracelet for my grown daughters' birthday. Very disappointed in quality and size is for a child. So flimsy. Cannot return because it was personalized. Was not worth the money. Will not be ordering again.

Poor quality products & poor service

Due to the poor quality of the product and poor customer service I will be finding a similar product elsewhere to replace their broken bracelet. I ordered a birthstone bracelet for my Grandma last year and one of the gems fell out of the bracelet within 9 months. When I reached out to customer support, they said they could repair it for a fee of $17.99. I agreed since my Grandma really liked the bracelet only to then be told by support that it was not eligible for a repair. Instead, they could offer me 30% off and free shipping as a "one time courtesy". When I ordered the bracelet originally it was 30% off and when I was offered this "one time courtesy" by support there was already a promotion on their site for free shipping over a certain price, so they essentially offered me nothing. I expressed my disappointment but they did not seem to care. Would not purchase from this company again.

Ordered a bracelet for Mother’s Day and the quality of the bracelet is absolutely terrible. Looks so cheap and the birthstone rocks are glued in. They won’t let me return because it’s “personalized”. I was offered a 30% discount and free shipping. No thanks!

Edit: I emailed Eves and they are giving me a one time courtesy return for my custom bracelet. I updated my 1 star to 4: 1 star for value and 3 more for the customer service. I appreciate they are not in fact a true scammer

I paid $82 for something that looks like I got off the clearance rack from Walmart. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is a scam company. There is no way in hell I will give this bracelet to my mom for Mother’s Day. It would be a disgrace and an embarrassment if I did. Now I’m $82 out and still need to buy a Mother’s Day gift, I wish I had not impulsed bought and searched the reviews first! My own dang fault. But EVES ADDICTION IS A SCAM

I received the personalized necklace I had purchased for my boyfriend’s mother for Christmas. It was a necklace with interlocking circles and three birthstones. The birthstones represent my boyfriend, his brother, and their father (who passed away when they were young due to a drunk driver). When I received this package, one of the birthstones had fallen out of the necklace and the other two stones had been placed in the necklace very crooked. It seems as though this company has no work ethic. Not only do they claim that the quality of the work they do is up to standards, but they also don’t provide and sort of reimbursement/compensation for a product that arrived BROKEN. Any ethical company would provide something due to the damaged state of the product. It seems as though they won’t reimburse or compensate for any matter after said product leaves your facilities. I will be recommending alternative jewelers to my friends/family/media from now on.

Disappointing

I placed a last minute order for my daughter’s and sister’s birthdays. I wanted something unique for both. The ‘peas in a pod’ bracelet was intended for my sister’s 70th birthday. When received it, I was very disappointed in the ‘frailty’ of the bracelet chain. It looked nothing like the picture on the website. I liked the concept of the bracelet so I took it to my jeweler and spent an additional $50.00 to have a new chain added to the charm. I definitely was not expecting to have to ‘customize’ a newly purchased bracelet. As well, the necklace did not look as the picture detailed. The cross is not as ‘thick’ as the website depicts and the chain is also extremely thin.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed in both products. I would not recommend this company

Very poor quality jewelry…don’t waste your money!

Unfortunately the jewelry doesn’t last. Gems will fall off after minimal wear, the chain will break easily, the fold will scratch and tarnish quickly, it is very disappointing. I gave this as a gift to my mother and while the immediate presentation was nice, that is the only satisfaction you will get from your purchase. Shortly afterwards, it will fall apart. I should have gone to a reputable jeweler. Save your time, disappointment and money.
